This personal information is held for 7 years to comply with United Kingdom Laws.
Creative Essence stores this information on its computer locked in secure premises and all software is updated regularly. The information is also backed up daily to a cloud server account on Dropbox.
Creative Essence also has a reseller Campaign Monitor account (www.ce-sendmail.co.uk) allowing clients to send emails, each client has their own log-in area, which they control. Creative Essence only has access to monitor activity.

Creative Essence uses Google Analytics to track the effectiveness of the web site, location people are visiting the site from, what type of devices are being used, which of the search engines are most popular, we are not looking for anything other than support information to make the site more user friendly and informative.
This information is not available to any secondary party and will never be sold to an advertising agency.
Creative Essence uses customer information ONLY for the purpose of quoting and invoicing clients for either potential or work which has already been carried out.

Xero Limited accounting software is used ONLY to input business information for the purpose of invoicing and payments.
Campaign Monitor is used allowing clients to send emails, each client has their own log-in area, which they control.
Dropbox is used ONLY to back-up work carried out on behalf of a client, which may contain customer information.
Google Annalytics is used to process the website usage data.
20i Ltd and 123 Reg are used to host clients websites and email accounts.
